Our Approach
Our goal is to use friendly experienced instructors to provide you with quality courses. We try to use a light hearted approach to the courses in spite of their serious topics. This makes the courses more enjoyable even for those students who are re-certifying for the umpteenth time.
We will most times provide the training at your work site for those courses that are sponsored by businesses or schools. We have the clearances required to teach in school settings where students are in the building. We will try to accommodate the hours that fit your schedule the best to lesson the impact upon your business or personal life. We have audio-visual equipment available to teach at your site.
Our Story
Owner Les Martzall is from Lancaster County, PA. This area is blessed to have volunteer organizations to provide community services such as fire companies and EMS squads. Les first witnessed CPR in progress during a family related near tragedy . He later joined the volunteer fire service and took a CPR course. This was followed by an advanced first aid course where the instructor encouraged Les to volunteer for the local ambulance.
Les starting providing volunteer EMS services in 1978 and became certified as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) in 1979. After retiring from corporate America in 2010, Les formed LM Services to provide CPR education to the community.

Since founding LM Services in 2010, Les has taught more than 950 CPR and/or First Aid courses. These courses have totaled more than 8,075 students.
Les is a PQAS certified CPR instructor in PA.
